Manak founded Aqueduct Technologies, Inc. in 2011 with the mission of helping organizations solve complex business challenges using technology. Since then, Aqueduct has grown to be one of the top solution providers in North America, recognized for its technical competencies, commitment to culture, and customer satisfaction. As President and CEO, he is responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the vision, mission, and overall direction of the organization. He has had the honor of being named a Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 award honoree for his entrepreneurial leadership and commitment to the community.
Manak is dedicated to promoting STEAM initiatives in Massachusetts, providing children with the proper educational foundation to foster knowledge and passion in science, mathematics, technology, and arts. Currently, he serves on the Board of Advisors for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, an organization he has always had a passion for. Along with the BSO, Manak prioritizes involvement with several local and national charities personally and professionally. Manak and his wife Archana are also proud parents of three teenage children, with whom they keep very busy. As a family, they enjoy traveling to new destinations and cherish time spent together.
Under Manak’s leadership, Aqueduct has been honored to receive national awards of distinction for its engineering talent, growth, and solution portfolio, including CRN’s Triple Crown, Tech Elite 250; Managed Services Provider, Security 100; and Solution Provider 500. Aqueduct is a certified MBE and the third-largest minority-owned business in Massachusetts, reflecting Manak’s passion for creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity. Vincent Verducci

Vinnie Verducci is the EVP of Sales & Marketing, spearheading Aqueduct’s strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth executive on the go-to-market strategy.
As a passionate leader, Vinnie thrives on bringing people together and implementing processes that foster a winning culture and empowering his team to exceed their goals. His leadership philosophy is centered on helping others achieve their personal and professional aspirations. Vinnie recognizes that success starts with people. He believes that by assembling a great team, implementing robust processes, and fostering a clear vision with aligned expectations, extraordinary results can be achieved.
Prior to joining Aqueduct, Vinnie held strategic sales leadership positions at Medallia and Miro, focused on Fortune 100 companies. His association with Aqueduct dates back over a decade, having previously worked in sales roles at Cisco and EMC, both valued partners of Aqueduct. This longstanding relationship brings a wealth of industry experience to his current role.
Vinnie graduated from Bryant University with a BS in Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fitness, and spending time with his family.
Matt Albrecht

Matt Albrecht is the Chief Technology Officer at Aqueduct Technologies, where he helps shape the company’s technology strategy, solution portfolio, and go-to-market direction. An engineer at heart and lifelong lover of technology, Matt is passionate about understanding where technology is headed, why it matters, and how to help customers turn change into practical advantage. He works across Aqueduct’s technical, sales, services, and partner organizations to connect market direction, customer needs, and delivery capability into a cohesive technology strategy built around meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Matt has built his career across engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, technical leadership, and professional services, developing a broad perspective on how technology, people, and business outcomes intersect. He is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) and a member of the Society for Information Management (SIM), and actively participates in multiple global technical communities, including the Cisco Insider Champion program, Tech Field Day, and others. Throughout his career, Matt has remained focused on developing technical talent, challenging conventional thinking, and helping organizations navigate change with curiosity, purpose, and a clear view of what comes next.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, continually learning about new technology, and maintaining a perhaps unreasonable enthusiasm for tacos.
Valerie Higgins is the SVP of Finance, Planning & Culture, responsible for managing the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resource functions at Aqueduct. Valerie works closely with the management team planning and executing company growth, profitability and lifecycle HR initiatives.
Prior to joining Aqueduct, Valerie has built efficient teams, processes and infrastructure to support Accounting, Finance and HR operations in numerous corporations around the Boston metro. Most recently she spent five and a half years at Turbonomic during their hyper-growth phase and was instrumental in supporting 26 quarters of consecutive growth by working closely with management to drive top line growth while efficiently managing the bottom line.
In her free time Valerie likes traveling, biking and ballroom dancing. Valerie has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Bentley University, in addition to a Human Resources certificate from Stonehill College.
Jay Sartori is the Vice President of Services, responsible for delivering projects and solutions based on business outcomes, to ensure they meet customer expectations. In this role, Jay oversees the technical training and enablement of the solution delivery engineers, unifying Aqueduct’s service delivery model through activation, operations, adoption, and lifecyle management.
Prior to moving into his most recent role, Jay was the Practice Director of Network, Security and Data Center, where he was responsible for over-seeing professional services engagements. With over twenty years of experience between the enterprise and solution provider industry, Jay has worked closely with customers on developing solutions from start to finish with expertise in implementation. Jay holds two Cisco CCIE certifications (Data Center and Security) and an undergraduate and graduate degree from Northeastern University.
Outside of work, Jay lives an active lifestyle, spending time with his family and continually learning new technologies.
Jessica Berger

During her tenure at Aqueduct Technologies, Jessica held key leadership roles. She demonstrated a track record of success in transforming sales processes, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong relationships with distribution and vendor partners. Before her tenure at Aqueduct, she worked at Ingram Micro across Market Development and Sales for 7 years.
Jessica has a limitless mindset and is passionate about her career. She values the role she plays on the Ingram Micro Cisco Advisory Board. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Canisius College and is a recognized thought leader in sales operations and partner management. Outside work, she views her three beautiful children as her greatest accomplishment. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, staying active outdoors, and using her creativity to design. She prefers relaxing on the beach when she is not battling the snow!
Katie Vane

Prior to Aqueduct, Katie built, developed, and championed teams at pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial stage biotech companies.
She received her BA from Vassar and an MFA from Hunter College. Katie holds a SHRM-CP certification and is an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner. When she’s not busy at AQ, Katie enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading good books, and spending time with family.
With 15 years in the IT/ Marketing industry, Katie has demonstrated success in campaign and event planning, content design, PR, branding, and digital marketing. She has had a tremendous impact on Aqueduct’s growth, orchestrating strategic partner marketing initiatives and industry recognition programs. Katie enjoys continually learning new trends in tech marketing to positively impact our customers. Prior to joining Aqueduct five years ago, she worked at IDG’s CIO Executive Council. During her time there, she also spearheaded content and event programming for their Women in Leadership group.
Katie graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Marketing and Economics. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, home design projects, and spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
